Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Terms:

We provide the shipping of the goods through Sea Freight, Air Freight and Courier service, for our overseas buyers. We can quote prices are per your shipping terms i.e. Free on Board (FOB), Cost & Freight (C&F), Cost Insurance & Freight (CIF) etc.

Courier delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the goods. Our courier service ensures a smooth door delivery of your goods.

For our Domestic buyers, goods are sent via Road (Truck or Bus service) or Courier.

You may also make your purchase from our Amazon seller account by the name of "Ruhi Collections".

Delivery Schedule:

For bulk production, our lead time is 45-60 days in production, after confirming the Proforma Invoice.

For samples development, our lead time is 15-20 days.

We keep you updated with the progress of the production or samples.

Privacy Policy:

Ruhi Collections do not disclose our buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
